WINNER:
One winner will be chosen by the highest number of eligible votes in the final round of voting and announced on Monday, September 2nd, 2013.

DATES OF CONTEST:
Submission period: August 2^nd – August 11^th.
First round of voting: August 12^th-18^th
Top 10 finalists will be announced online on August 19^th
Top 10 finalists live event at Cloud 9 Nightclub, Bunker Hill, WV on Thurs. Aug 22^nd
Second round of voting begins August 22^nd-25^th.
Top 5 finalists are announced on August 26^th.
Top 5 finalists live event at Cancun Cantina West, Hagerstown, MD August 29^th.
Final round of voting begins August 29^th and ends September 1^st.
Winner will be chosen, notified and announced on September 2nd, 2013
