ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal U.S. residents of the WHAG viewing area 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations. Entrants must have access to a computer with an internet connection. No Duplicate entries. If any prize notification call or e-mail is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prizes will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant. Employees of Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc., WHAG-TV, the National Broadcasting Company, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors working on their products, projects or promotions, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter, play, or win any prizes. No purchase necessary.

WINNER:
One winner will be chosen by the highest number of eligible votes in the final round of voting and announced on Monday September 2nd 2013.

Second round of voting begins August 22nd-25th.
Top 5 finalists are announced on August 26th.
Top 5 finalists live event at Cancun Cantina West, Hagerstown, MD August 29th.
Final round of voting begins August 29th and ends September 1st.
Winner will be chosen, notified and announced on September 2nd, 2013.
Voting:
After the submission period ends, eligible nominees will be posted on your4state.com and the first round of voting will begin. First round of voting dates: August 12th – 18th. On August 19th the top 10 nominees with the highest eligible votes will be posted. Votes will be set to zero and the second round of voting then begins on August 22nd – 25th. On August 26th the top 5 nominees with the highest number of votes will then move on to the final round of voting. Votes will again be set to zero. Final round of voting will be from August 29th-September 1st. You may vote one time per hour for all rounds. During the live events on August 22nd at Cloud 9 Nightclub and August 29th at Cancun Cantina West, text message voting will be available.

All taxes on the prize and any other expenses not specified above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to WHAG and their designee's use of winners' names, hometown and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Winner has 60 days to claim the prize. If prize is not claimed, it becomes the property of WHAG. The prize, a trip for two for three nights at Wyndham Resort in Nassau Bahamas is presented in a form of a certificate. The vacation must be booked 30 days prior to departure date and must be taken by December 31st 2013.
INTERNET AND PHONE:
If for any reason, the Internet Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of WHAG, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the Contest, WHAG reserves the right in its discretion to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. WHAG assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. WHAG is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by WHAG because of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or Phone or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE, PHONE NUMBER OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BY MADE, WHAG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY OFFENDER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line served provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors may require proof of account holder status. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited.

Prizes are sponsored by WHAG and its sponsors. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of WHAG, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this contest. Sponsors reserve the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors, any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
